Why can someone people have photos of cut off parts of airplanes?

This is a great photo, but should be uploaded because of the aircraft cutoff rule?

There is only the wing cut off. This is a normal photo and I have uploaded some of these also very often. Sometimes the wings are so "massive" and long that the plane itself would be kind of lost in the image. And as the wings are not always that important than the fuselage photographers use this crop.
Here you can see some examples and as you see there are nearly the same crop as the one you shown. Just other angles of view.

Why not using your own prescreening thread instead to get help instead of complaining? Then we also see what's your problem, maybe there is something else causing the rejection.
