Better, but still borderline. Can't promise it would be accepted. Contrast/color also borderline.

So, isn't this kind of cropping allowed on jp? But I saw a photo before with cropping like this on database

Tight crops are allowed, but you've also cropped off the ends of the stabilizers while still leaving space on the wings. A different aspect ratio should fix this easily.
