Signed out by Adobe for Terms of Use update... lost all images on LR.

    Thought this was the best place to ask this...

    I went and opened up Lightroom so I could edit a few images and import them to my camera roll. Lightroom wouldn't open and I had to sign into Adobe's website with my email. The Terms of Use had apparently updated and that I got automatically logged out. I agreed to the terms and tried to access Lightroom again. Still denied access... turns out I had to verify my email address again. Completed that step and open up Lightroom to find that every photo that I have imported since last December is completely gone. No sign of them anywhere. I've tried to search online to find a remedy to this problem but I cannot find anything anywhere. This is the first time that this has happened to me so I don't have any experience with this sort of thing.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Which version of LR are you using?

      Now there is another issue... I am completely locked out of Lightroom because Adobe won't recognize my email address. It'll ask me to verify it when I open Lightroom which I will by clicking the link Adobe sent me. The site then verifies it but then Lightroom crashes when I try to quit the program. Will open Adobe again and the same cycle continues.

      I can't even access the forum I made for Adobe support because when I go to the forums it'll just ask me to verify my email.

        I will also add that this stuff is only occurring with Lightroom and Adobe's website. Photoshop CS6 is not affected by any of this.

          Hi, sounds very frustrating! Maybe account related issue. I haven't gone in my account via Lightroom nor PS I clicked my 'Adobe Creative Cloud' icon then 'manage my account' - I got the please enter your email and your password to accept new T and C's (as you stated) and it let me in. Ive just run both Lightroom CC (cloud) and PS CC no issues and no updates pending at the minute.

          Hope you get to the bottom of it

            It definitely is as frustrating as it sounds. I too think that it is account related after trying to troubleshoot several different ways. Thinking about waiting until tomorrow to contact support. In the meantime, I guess I'll try and get by editing only on CS6 until there is a fix.

              Update... Issue was resolved. Turns out Adobe mixed my emails up and it kept asking me to verify my email address that didn't have the Lightroom subscription but not the email that did have the subscription. All of my presets and images have returned.
