Usually I center the image by centering the plane in the central square
However for this kind of angle (that I usually don't use) ... by centering it, based in the central square ..it doesn't look good, you as just mentioned.
So what are the rules of engagement for this kind of angles ? center based on "envelope zone" of the plane ? or center based on the mass center of the plane

Any one of these is ok

#1 center of mass center
#2 envelope center
#3 center based on central square (original photo)

Personal preference of course, but if you're hoping to get it accepted here, #2 would be the way to go.

After some months in this hobby, I thought I had learn a couple of things, but unfortunately I keep having rejections like: center, dark, rotation and even softness.

My confidence is really low nowadays, I'm convinced I've the best photo in the world.. and then it's rejected. So I'm back again to basics, which means I'll bother you with some reviews, I'm sorry for that..

Every day a new experience... or should I say : damn ?
This lit "percentage" just caught me off guard. Imagine that I went purposely for a spot UNDER the plane to take the photo... damn, damn & damn

One of them was knew to me "most of the plane is in the shadow". This photo was take from below... so the sun, can't get there.
It's midday, the sun is just on top ... with a minimum angle to still lit the tail. If see tons of photos with no sun at all... every day , similarly photos are uploaded... didn't knew that this was a reason to reject it.

#Better to pick a different image with better conditions.
I'm a bit puzzle, what are better conditions... will these qualify ?
The first one is shown as taken out of the camera with no corrections..

Not sure you can recover it as such (poor lighting due to angle + position of sun). If you increase the brightness any more, you're likely to blow out the top part of the fuselage. Better to pick a different image with better conditions.
