The rejected photos are counted toward your queue slots so you won't have any other new slots due to these rejected photos.
You can regain these slots only after these rejected photos disappear from Jetphoto's database, which in this case is 14 days after initial rejection.

Your upload slots will be available again around two weeks after the initial images were rejected.
