Image is dark, and slightly soft/low in the frame. Should be fixable.

The fundamental problem is lighting. I'm unsure whereabouts this was taken and the time but it is suffering from grey bottom which is indicative of high sun. Second, it doesn't help that you seem to be slightly under the aircraft so the contrast is more extreme. At the end of the day, if you are happy with the photo, that all that matters.

Re-center it, and add brightness and contrast.

Needs some CCW rotation, it has editing halos.
Other than that, I don't see any issues, but definitely wait for a screeners response.

Borderline dark/horizon/overprocessed.

CCW rotation would be a bad idea. Just a little CW is needed.
