Oversharpened, and borderline for horizon (CCW) and compression.

I have improved the level and sharpness. For the compression in the sky I wanted to leave it for this time with a bit of grain. Is the photo acceptable now?

I don't see noise being a problem, though on second look it is a touch low in the frame. Otherwise, would be ok for me.

No error. Whoever screened it didn't agree with my assessment. It happens.
