Missing Serial / Bad Info

Dear Jetphoto
I have following problem:
When I upload a Photo with autofill everything works fine. When I check in the cue, the serial is missing. When I go to correct info the serial is there.

In the end I get rejection due to Bad Info / missing Serial.

What do I do wrong? Where is the bug? Thanks for helping me.

There is a bug where the serial will not display for images in the queue, but if it was entered correctly on upload, then it will display correctly upon screening. I don't see any record of this image being rejected in the past two weeks.

You wont get a reject for that. The cn is there. It is a bug that it is not visible while the photo is in the queue.
