In this case, it's just the flat light at the time you were shooting. Not much can be done in photoshop to fix this, as trying to fix bad light after the fact can often cause more problems than it solves.

Thank you. Can you guide me how can fix the borderline contrast in Photoshop, please?

In this case, it's just the flat light at the time you were shooting. Not much can be done in photoshop to fix this, as trying to fix bad light after the fact can often cause more problems than it solves.

Horizon looks ok, but still borderline for contrast, and maybe oversharpening.
