    Soft, and poorly centered, but would also be a motive rejection for me. Is this trying to show the sky, or the back of the guy's head and the other guy's ear? Spotting location needs to actually show the location, not just parts of people there.

    I see contrast and softness still being an issue for both. Combination of terminal glass + heat haze not really helping, and not really fixable with more editing.
