thanks, I was able to find some more info.

JetPhotos.com is the biggest database of aviation photographs with over 5 million screened photos online!

rejected for color, I didn't touch saturation, what color should I add to make it seem more natural?

    needs some CW rotation correct?

I am not aware of any specific site devoted to Philippines-registered aircraft, but google is always a good place to start.

Not backlit, but the harsh exterior light will never make its chances better than borderline.

Only #3 might have an issue with contrast. Processing looks fine on all.

Guess I've got you beat there since I've never had a rejection for soft

Thank you both, I’ll try my chance with the appeal, and if it doesn’t work out I’ll try editing again for contrast.

Was this due to lack of contrast still? Do you suppose it’s worth a shot at an appeal or should I go back and sharpen more?

I wouldn't appeal it. The photo s soft and I'm not sure if that is fixable. The contrast rejection has more to do with the photo looking overall a bit dull.
