No, ProPhoto RGB.

Did I use sRGB? In photoshop I have it set to export in sRGB. Maybe it is something with lightroom, as i just use "edit in photoshop," without changing anything.

Bad quality would be soft, compression, contrast, exposure, etc.. all of which make the image unsalvageable, thus the bad quality rejection.

If I’m able to fix the contrast, will I be able to submit it as night shot since I took it around sunset?

Would still be backlit, so unfortunately not much point in putting any more effort into editing it.

All images are nearly backlit and have very poor (weak) contrast. Softness is also an issue. None would be acceptable as-is, and not sure they could really be improved to be made so.
