Do you think it's worth it to edit again, or is there no hope for this photo?

With a clean edit at 1024pix, you might be able to get something acceptable, but the reality is super-zoom bridge cameras like your SX30 are almost always going to produce images that are noisy, and relatively soft due to their smaller sensors and jack-of-all-trades-and-master-of-none lenses. Your best bet is to make sure you're as close to the subject/aircraft as possible so that you don't have to crop too much, and that you always get the best light conditions possible. Those two steps will help mitigate the inherent quality flaws.

OK, thanks! I used to use a SX30, and so some of the photos are from that, but I've recently gotten a Rebel T4i, so I'm hoping that the quality of my photos will go up, just as long as the lighting is good..

Here's another older one that I just found and edited.. Can you pre-screen this one, please?

I would upload it as long as you think it looks worthy of being on JP.

Also, I have this one that I'd like you to take a look at:

You misunderstand. That image is 3400pix. You will literally not be able to upload that image.

                      Thanks,
Still severely compressed. Might want to give up on this one.

One more time, if you would like an image pre-screened, please post only the image you actually plan to submit, or we'll simply have to ignore it.
