    Generally if any part of the stabilizer is cut without reason, it results in a Cut Off rejection.

    No halos, and quality should be fine though crop is a little tight on the left.

    This one is a little better. Its pretty sharp and has no heat haze.. except for the background. However, I think there's some halos around the tail again. What do you think overall?Click image for larger version

    Soft, and definite editing halo around the tail still. Halos are not caused by sharpening. D-lighting, clarity, dehaze, shadow/highlight, etc.. are the tools likely causing this.
