    I am finding the histogram okay.
    Given light condition(dusk) couldn't expect better than these.
    Probably should have been a contrast rejection instead of for exposure, but either way would have been ok for me.

    I understand that no sunlight ws there. But the histogram looks fine to me.
    In a case of hazy/overcast conditions, the shot is usually rejected for contrast reasons.
    Such shots are usually not fixable and I suspect, that the previous shot might be a similar case.
