Not good. Image also looks compressed horizontally.

        Borderline for contrast.

Needs more contrast? or Background contrast issue?

Lack of direct light means contrast is somewhat flat.

Other than the arms in the frame (questionable motive), it is also soft, noisy, and lacks contrast.

What about this one? It was rejected on 1200*800 px for heat Haze.
However I re-edited and saved it on 1024*683. Is the Heat Haze still visible?Click image for larger version

Borderline for haze/oversharpening, but (weak) contrast is a bigger problem.

Is the contrast reparable by any chance? I mean added contrast might improve the chance to get it accepted? Or I should just leave it & wait for another fresh shot?

You can try adding more contrast, but for better chances, you'd want to try an image taken in better light.

                          Thanks you
Sadly they put this sticker only on port side, which makes difficult to get a shot in good light. From my spotting locations I only get the Star Board side of planes for both takeoffs & landings unless there are runway 32 departures, which is used only when wind is too high.(Just sharing facts ).

Would be rejected for horizon and noise/compression.
