I feel this shot is sharp enough that it should have been accepted, but I'd like a second opinion before I appeal.

Image is much too soft for 1920pix. An appeal would be destined for failure.

Would you level to the taxiway at the top here or the runway? Also, is it sharp enough?

Can't quite tell on the horizon, but the angle makes it look like some CCW would be better. Very soft, however.
