Would be rejected for soft, overexposed, and horizon.

Hey, what do u guys think about this photo?

And btw, I'm trying to create a spotting group. I sent the e-mail in December. But until today, I didn't receive any response... I already tried to post a thread in the forum, to talk in the private with some adms, but I repeat, no responses... Thanks.

Both have a harsh contrast, due to the high sun, are nearly backlit (check the shadows) and are overexposed.

And about photo 2, that would be like an Artistic photo? And it would be acceptable?
First is likely not fixable, second doesn't really work as a silhouette shot either, imho.

Hey! Any chance of this photo get accepted? if it does, what kind of category should I tag? I was thinking it could be a Spotting location photo.

If you use the Shadows/Highlights tool in photoshop then don't, if you use a Nikon camera make sure D-Lighting is off, and make sure clarity settings and such are set to zero in the in-camera picture control options.
