A bit soft, and very borderline for contrast.

Some areas look a little blown out, but otherwise would be ok for me.

Maybe a bit soft on the second, but both would be ok for me.

                • Any issues with this one? I am worried that there might be some issues with heat haze and exposure, but I wanted a second opinion. If there are any other issues that I did not mention or may have missed, I would appreciate it if you brought it to me attention. Thank you.

Might need a little CW rotation, but otherwise should be ok.

                        4. this kind of crop is subjective, but would be ok for me anyway

                            • Would there be any issues with this photo in regards to exposure, noise, and sharpness? Also would those items near it be considered obstructions?

So I had a previous rejection on a photo from the same sequence for bad composition and I wanted to make sure this photo wouldnt fall under the same category since it is framed the same way. It was ruled to low in frame. Would the way its framed with the tail and while as a reference for frame and equidistant spacing between the top/bottom and left/right?

Contrast maybe a bit weak, and nose area close to being blown out, but not really obstructed so should be ok on that count.

You'll want to leave as little space as possible between the tail and the top of the frame. This one might be acceptable.
