IMHO:

#1. heat haze (borderline) and needs CCW rotation (see the buildings in the backgrounds).
#2. contrast
#3. contrast (borderline) and a slightly blue cast.

A suggestion for #3 (left side).

#2 in the original post also looks backlit. I'm not looking at the photos as closely as I would if they were my own, because I can't, but the second batch looks fine to me.
