RSL - prescreening request

i would appreciate any prescreening thoughts and advices about my following photo.

Assuming you've already been approved for 1920pix uploads (which needs to be done by admin before you can upload at that resolution), this image would be rejected for soft, compression, centering, and possibly contrast. It certainly does not have the quality for that resolution.
