Pre-screening/is that crop correct?

Hi,
I would be grateful for advice considering cropping. The plane is not centered but I wanted show also boats under which is more interesting in my opinion. But I wonder if it is acceptable?
I know there are some spots, dust, just look for cropping.

It's subjective of course, but works for me. Can't promise everyone else would agree, however.
