    1. horizon, soft, contrast
    2. color, compression/overprocessed (too much noise reduction, etc.)

    1. contrast, noise
    2. color, borderline contrast

Last time I will mention using the correct color space (sRGB). Going to ignore any more prescreening requests for images in ProPhoto, etc..

Poor contrast due to overcast conditions. Probably not fixable.

Ok these photos should have the sRGB Color space in these. They are usually defaulted to ProColor.
    1. soft, noisy
    2. soft, contrast
    3. dark, contrast

More color issues. Make sure you use and save in sRGB color space, not ProPhoto RGB as this one is, and as I mentioned before. You don't need to follow my advice, but I have less incentive to continue to offer it if you ignore previous suggestions.

Seems to have a blue cast - perhaps bump up the white balance and see if that improves it.

First would be rejected for centering, cut off, soft, vignetting, and color. Second and third would be borderline for sharpening and contrast/compression, respectively. You might also want to avoid using ProPhoto color space and use sRGB instead.
