Subjective call that it should cause a rejection, but yes the rotor.

1. fine for me, though some like the whole rotor to be included (as you have found out)
2. borderline crop on the stabilizer/wing, contrast also a bit low. Don't see any fence.

Also can I please have some advise on this rejection, looks pretty level with the verticals of the buildings, the fast food signs not so much but they all seem to go in different directions.
