    Hi everyone
    This photo has been rejected
    https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=8198806
Initially i thought for something related to the lack of infos, but then i read the reason. Photo was took with the subject with the sun in front. Initially i took the first photos on the other side of the helicopter, but the friend that was with me, another jp uploader, suggested me to take the pictures on this side, because it was more entlightened. In fact sun was a little bit on the right side of the helicopter. I consider this image not backlit (i repeat, sun was in front but also more on the right side than to the left one), and a good image too, with the moon on the background.

First one: https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=8174488 (histogram seems to be alright, i didn't want to increase exposition not to "burn" the white parts), dark zones seem to be not excessively high.
Yes, just a bit dark, especially in the shadows. Should be easy to fix.

Yes, there was another photo of the same plane in the queue, but it was a takeoff, so no similarities (in fact in the previous queue i had two pictures of the same airplane, one in takeoff and one in landing, and both of them have been accepted without any trouble).
They were in fact deemed too similar despite being take off and landing as the angle and composition were nearly identical.

This is the photo editing forum, where you ask for advice on editing your images. You might want to try a different forum if you're looking for help on info.

#2 a bit soft, and borderline heat haze on #4; otherwise they would be ok for me.

#4 is a little worse than the others, but for the rest there is only minor softness visible, and should be easy to fix.

    1) has the best chances of acceptance
    2) contrast, soft
    3) maybe a tad soft
    4) soft, heat distortion
    5) slightly soft

Alright, now it's all clear about point n.4.
I've already appealed just because i was taking for granted that my picture would' ve been accepted, seen my precedents. I just don't understand why this time a rejection has occurred. I simply ask justice for my picture.

Hi, when you get the chance, please read here thoroughly, especially #4, and the part about asking for advice before appealing:

    https://forums.jetphotos.com/forum/a...ning-from-crew

I've moved your post to your previous thread, but as you've already appealed the image in question, I'll refrain from commenting on it.

Hi everybody, i have a problem: the following photo has been rejected:
    https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=8002128 (takeoff)
    because similar to this one
    https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/9252393 (landing)
I disagree with this rejection because i have many accepted photos of the a plane from the same side, both in takeoff and landing, without any worry for similarities. Exemples as allegations:
    https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/9662520
    https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/9639925
    https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/9184784
    https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/9524409
Therefore i ask my "guilty" picture of Iran Air in takeoff to be accepted as well.
    Cheers

Horizon is off (needs CW rotation) and seems to be a bit heat hazed.
