It looks pretty soft. Also, there may be editing halos around the aircraft, particularly near the engine pylons, horizontal stabilizer, and other areas. I'm not a screener, though, so it would be better to wait for an official response.

I want to upload here
1. image is heavily compressed
2. aircraft needs to be centered properly
3. image is soft
4. image lacks contrast
5. image has a green cast
6. image should be saved in sRGB color profile, not Adobe 1998
Given a good quality original, most of those should be fixable, but the contrast might not be due to the overcast light.
