Help me with these shots so they can be accepted

I am trying to get these photos accepted any ideas on how to improve them?

I only see one. I don't think it has any chance at all.

Dark, off-level, obstructing objects, foreground clutter, noise. I could spend less then 15 seconds on that one.

Although this shot doesn't hold much interest it's important to take a few steps before presentation, the most important of which is to level the photo. This shot is quite dark as well and there is a smudge, presumably from your aircraft's window, over the 'WAYS' of 'U.S AIRWAYS'.
I've had a crack at it to show some of the basic enhancements:

Now, the only thing is: what do you want to show with that photo? It has a high chance of beeing rejected due to parts of aircraft not visible, or foreground clutter.
