    Yesterday I uploaded 4 new records that come in as L3 Airline Academy, (G-LCTI) however by the stickers on the fuselage the company updated the designation to L3HARRIS, my question is whether in future uploads the designation should be kept current, or you need to add another company to the JP database.

    No other adjustments you can make, I think, but yes very likely a contrast/backlit rejection.

    Such a decision will unfortunately be subjective - it's up to the screener to decide if the tug is blocking too much or is too distracting. As such, there is no hard and fast rule about how much is allowed for tugs when towing an aircraft.

    Earlier this year this photo was rejected by "Oversharpen" and "Obstructing Objects / Foreground Clutter" I made no appeal, however compared to today's photo with the screnner's choise badge, I noticed that, excluding a have been taken day and night, have very identical angles and both with the pushback turned on, I do not in any way detract from the photo mentioned, I just want to improve my workflow and get less rejections for obstruction, so I wish they could get me clarify what I have wrong in my photo so in future I can submit photos of this type.

    I've edited your post to remove the direct link, since it's not considered proper form to accuse other photographers or use their images without their permission. In such cases if you have a question or doubt, better to pass it along to the crew directly and privately.

    Yes, you can see variation in the strength of such effects simply by how much the aperture is stopped down - the more the aperture is closed, the more you are likely to see this effect, and it can also depend on the properties of the individual camera apertures themselves (i.e. number of blades). I doubt too many photographers would use such a physical filter for aviation photography, so lens settings are most likely the reason you are seeing the differences in this effect on images in the DB.
