Hey just uploaded a picture and looked at it and saw it was the wrong one. How can i take it out and put the new one in.

what do you mean by 'wrong'? Did you type in details of another plane and added the wrong pic or did you upload a pic that should never be uploaded?
In the first case you can change the info by clicking on 'queue photo data' in your user menu.
Or you ask a moderator to remove the photo after it has been accepted.
