Need help removing window scratches

Hey guys.. I was wondering if anyone could help me remove window scratches from this photo:

It doesn't really look to me like you will be able to get rid of those scratches, they're just in a very sensitive spot, mabye you could do some screwing around in photoshop and mabye make them less visible but that's up to you if you want to take the time. There's a spall chance you might be able to get rid of them without screwing up on the colors or the paint lines but i doubt it, it's up to you if you want to take the time.

Of course I've never experienced first hand.

I took the image into PS and used the smudge tool. It was quite a workout. :P
