Those 4 are definately blurry/soft. Try a complete rework of the image in photoshop and just sharpen it up a little bit more. It should do the trick, but be careful not to oversharpen them!

That one is actually the worst of the 5. It is quite a bit soft. Also, it is very easy to avoid oversharpening photos, just watch what you are doing and gradually view the changes each step on USM makes, when the straight lines start to look jaggy, go back until they look straight again. It's all about learning to become a better photographer!

Blurry....well...maybe. But definently they are soft. Sharpen them up a bit, although a few, the registration is blurred, and cannot be easily read.
