I uploaded my second photo and it rejected because of "unlevel horizon". I want to correct this problem but do not know how to do it. Is this an issue on cropping? Could anybody help me? I am new and I really desire to improve my skills on digital photography.
Thanks a lot in advance.

you need to learn to either shoot level, or how to use the image editing program you have. Somewhere in the program will be a rotation tool. Find it, and rotate the image untill vertical objects are vertical again, and or the horizon is level.
At the risk of bursting your bubble, this shot has badmotive rejection written all over it.
This is jetphotos.net not cityscapes.net, and as such whilst, it is a very nice photo, it doesn't picture anything aviation related, and thus has no place on here.
A wing view should either depict part of the aircraft you are flying in, an airport on the ground or another aircraft.

I must admit that I really need some coaching here. I am new and still learning the basics. I have photos rejected already but that's fine. I am learning.
