What airline is this (Unpainted 73MAX at RNT)

Hi there, spotted this MAX yesterday on the Boeing flight line at RNT. I haven't been able to figure out what airline it's going to as I don't recognize the paint scheme on the rudder and couldn't see the winglets. The line number seems to go -51- (with dashes being unknown) but I haven't been able to match that up with any of the known line numbers. In the photos, it's behind the NZ P-8
