    Well, it looks like someone's complaints to Jetsgo's customer relations department didn't fly so well...

    Obviously a very disgruntled passenger, but you get what you pay for I suppose.

      Couldn't agree more. I always figure 's**t happens'. If I NEED to get some where, I'll pay a full fare on an airline with a much bigger infrastucture and more flexibility. Or give a few extra days just incase (work permitting). Busy travel times and bad weather always make for fun at airports for everyone.

      Atleast they got a button
