October 2004 I saw a contrail from a Qantas 747 above LAS airport.
I can not remember the heading,someone a idea from the route ?
Is this normal that she flying above LAS or Nevada ?
Goes the flight from Australia to Los Angeles above the Pacific Ocean ?

It was flying the LAX-JFK-LAX segment.
