6 Hour Delay??? What Happened?

Well ater a 6hr Delay..this flight left the ground. It's Song 2054 BOS-LAS.

I just had a 3H delay in YYZ last week...not that bad, I know, but I had been awake since 5AM CET (Hamburg), ended up leaving at 9:00 (arriving Winnipeg close to 11:00), and had my high school convocation at 9:30 (have to be there at 8:00) the next morning. God, was I ever tired after that

6 hrs can be bad enough when you're on business, I can tell you that

flight was late due to late arriving equiptment...that is a major downfall to point to point service is the lack of spare equiptment on a short notice to take up the slack....they were waiting on a flight to atl to subsitute the late flight and ended up using a regular delta plane on the flight...

I know it's not long but this was bad enough....
I was at LCA(Larnaca,Cyprus)It was 40+C.It was a MYT DC-10(G-BYDA)and everyone had boarded the plane when they tell us the door wouldnt shut.We were sat on the plane for 1 hr with no air-con or anything.No drinks!!It was horrible!!!
