  • Air Canada 747?

    Correct me if im wrong but the picture below is an AC747, werent they retired last October, any info on this guy heading south at around 11am today.

    It looks more like an A340-300 or -500. The APU exaust is a give away. the 747 has a curved back, where as the A340 has a round one.

      its an A340-500, not a 747-400

        Definitely an A345.

          oo my bad, from that angle it looked like it to me, those engines threw me off to.

            The last B744 Air Canada acft, fin 343 (C-GAGN) ferried from YUL to TLV on 12Jan05 as flt AC7052.

              Yeah, that's definitely an A345. Had the opportunity to see one last week in YYZ...impressive bird!

                              They knew because the only 4 engine aircraft that Air Canada has is the A343/345.
