A good idea and it will be nice, but some may argue it's a waste of money and I can see their point if they do. Sorry the link is so long!

Looks pretty neat to me. Obviously, if this plan materializes, LHR will begin to look more and more like ATL, w/ the N-S oriented concourses.

LHR needs to modernise and its terminals need to be rebuilt so they are like the really nice modern terminals in north america (T1 at YYZ, T1 at ORD, International terminal at SFO and YVR to name a few). Adds to the travel experience rather than feeling depressed in older buildings which werent designed for the 00's.
