FINALLLY...
The Boeing Company...
has launched...
the 747Advanced.
*turns off voice mod*
Now, whoever it was that betted against me that the 747Adv would become the 747-8, pay those 50 .
Also, note that it will have next-generation engines, which produce significantly less noise. Now, if that doesn't attract current 747 operators flying into LHR, I don't know what will.

Such awesome news for WA state and the industry overall. The 747 is a beautiful jet.
I'd guess that any forthcoming version of the 747 (passenger or cargo) would implement sliding doors such as those on the 777 versus the rotating doors previously used on older Boeing craft.Steve J. Garrod

Awesome. Local news puts the orders value at $5billion (they can be very wrong)
BEUITUFUL WING, BEUTIFUL DESIGNTHE VOICE OF REASON HAS SPOKEN!
Pop quiz: Which US president said, "Saddam Hussein has spent the better part of this decade, and much of his nation's wealth, not on providing for the Iraqi people, but on developing nuclear, chemical and biological weapons and the missiles to deliver them."
George W. Bush is not correct. It was Bill Clinton in his 1998 State of the Union speech. HMMMMMMMMM.

Ya that's true, even though you can only see half of it. Who knows what the whole body would look like...Inactive from May 1 2009.
