i was wandering, are air canada going to get rid of their a345s when they get their new 777s

Likely yes, but I think the 343s will be parted with first.

Yes, obviously, as will all other A340s and A330s at AC.

I "think" the A345s will be going before the A333s.

We have not been given any dates for removals. There are a couple of A343's that need to go first before the 500's (fins 981 and 983).

You have to remember the 500's are capable of operating a lot of our routes that the 300's are restricted on. YVR-SYD is a perfect place for these two birds after the B777's arrive.

AC is talking to UA about a sublease on B777's next summer to help with our capacity shortage.
