Seems all the operators up North are still utilising them; atleast it goes to show the B732 is a workhorse

well accually Canadian North is trying to replace them with 733's. Aviation Partners Boeing (I belive) is trying to modify a 733 with cargo and some of the fancy features that the 732 uses.

I snapped C-GWJK just before Christmas and I figured it was probably the last one I'd catch before they were gone...

Sad indeed... it'll be much quieter in my neighborhood though...

Looking at the history of this plane, it has really been around with airlines around the world. I have many fond memories of 737-200 flights and I will miss them.

It is sad to see them go. Westjet had a ceremony in YYC today and flew past the hangar 3 times. It was really quite a site. It will certainly be sad to see them go.

The pictures can be found at: http://www.contrailsphotography.com there will certainly be more up soon...

Well boys, one more still lurks. 750 is still in Edmonton timed out due for a "D" check. So I hope they give YEG the fanfare YYC enjoyed today. Good shots Mark!

If you look at Mark's photos carefully you will see that everyone with a black marker signed the fuselage and especially around the L1 door yesterday.

I have few on my site as well. They are the last "revenue" push at YEG. I never made back to get the arrival from YLW at 21:30.

After thought..... give 750 to the museum at YXD and keep it in the same colours!!

That wouldn't be a bad idea at all, it would nicely match the Pacific Western aircraft.

The flypast was really quite the sight. You should have seen it climb, upto 6500ft in no time at all. If I remember I'll upload a photo of it climbing onto http://www.contrailsphotography.com
