Yahoo, another 'sorta' lap joint problem.

Whats going to happen is Boeing is going to track down these half-assed 737's, then tell the airlines to do something about it when its in for a D-check, and if something bad happens Boeing wont claim responsibility.

bullshit. When the FAA, the airlines and Boeing say its no problem, then its no problem. This was reported a few years ago by some people who didn't even know what they were looking at.
THE VOICE OF REASON HAS SPOKEN!
Pop quiz: Which US president said, "Saddam Hussein has spent the better part of this decade, and much of his nation's wealth, not on providing for the Iraqi people, but on developing nuclear, chemical and biological weapons and the missiles to deliver them."
George W. Bush is not correct. It was Bill Clinton in his 1998 State of the Union speech. HMMMMMMMMM.

^Exactly, this just some old story which either happened last year or in 2004, and has been proven to be harmless by Boeing, FAA and JAA. One would get the impression from the article that some people at the WP see Boeing as being on a too impressive roll lately.

This is shocking! Companies should be concerned about their bottom lines but by putting pax to great risk? Tsk tsk!

          Ground those 737's NOW!
