  • United Airlines LAX-FRA

Presently there is only 1 stop service.

United Airlines will launch daily Los Angeles-Frankfurt flights aboard 777s from December 15. UA currently flies to Frankfurt twice-daily from both San Francisco and Chicago O'Hare and thrice-daily from Washington Dulles. Source: Air Transport World

Will be interesting to see whether UA can make this work, traditionally US carriers on West Coast-Europe routes haven't been too successful (UA on LAX-CDG, ditto AA, DL on LAX-FRA) unlike their European counterparts.

Is LH already going LAX - FRA? Probably would be of help to UA even more if it does not.

Presently the LH service in LAX is to/from MUC daily with an A346 and FRA with a double daily B744.

Not that I thought it wasn't, but the emphasis was why not the codeshare!

Anyway, if UA thinks there still is enough demand to get their 280 odd seats daily, good for it and good lcuk!
