    More on that, however the CNN doesn't say anything about the found wreckage yet.

        Or before going to sleep, like for me. I honestly thought this was a good day, finally after a hard week, and then this comes on the news. I just hope that there are some survivors, however the chances are slim...

          ANKARA, Turkey — An Atlasjet plane crashed, killing all 56 people on board, shortly before it was to land in central Turkey early Friday, the airline's chief executive said.

          A rescue helicopter had reached the wreckage of the plane and reported back that no one had survived the crash, airline CEO Tuncay Doganer said.

            The aircraft that crashed is TC-AKM, MD-83 wet-leased from World Focus Airlines. The pilot reportedly report the runway in sight a few moments before they crashed.
