Does anyone know where Jetstar is getting their A321's from? And when do they arrive and enter passenger service?

Should do good in terms of capacity by filling the gap between the 320 and 332

QFCPT ... His source is Qantas.

The aircraft are to be spread around the QF group.
The 737's you would imagine will go to Mainline.
As to the Airbus aircraft, who knows where they will go.
The A321's may not even reach Australian skies.
Don't forget that the Qantas Group includes Jetstar (which includes the former Jetstar Asia, and the new Vietnam startup, which is where I would imagine many of these aircraft are going!!!!!!)

^Good point for you, Vietnam is a nice suggestion but probably not any more a country where jacks-of-all-trades and other hand-me-downs can be freely dumped.

Interesting, Vietnam is a country to monitor.
I trust QF in getting nice marketing field studies before setting the shop.
That may be bad for Pacific .... which has involuntarely provided Qantas with a good reason in moving ahead.
Furthermore they cut Air Asia and als short in the process.Last edited by uy707; 2007-12-29, 15:17.
