  • Netjets now in India

Yay for increased GA activity and no reliever airports (with the exception of a few like the Juhu Aerodrome in Mumbai). This is going to be fun.

I'm not unhappy about it, but with the 70 or 80 GA aircraft there are over there right now there are problems in finding parkng space as no GA-specific infrastructure has been developed. And there are virtually no reliever airports yet (although with the opening of the Hyderabad and Bangalore airports that might change, the old being designated as reliever airports). For the amount of traffic the busiest hubs handle now, such airports will be required at least in the big cities in the next 5-10 years. That's my opinion on it anyway, we'll see what happens.
