After questioning by parliament members about the deal of China Airlines buying 14 A350-900, the prosecutor office confirmed yesterday that they have opened a case for this to investigate if there are issues of corruptions and kick-backs. The chairman of China Airlines, the government agency that owns China Airlines and the Ministry of Transportation (including the minister) will all be included in the investigation.
