Singapore and Silkair are planning further expansion of service to/from India. Triple daily from BOM... that's four daily from BOM to SIN counting 9W's daily 332 service.

Ahh you bet! Demand has been rising though in recent years between India and S.E. Asia, especially connecting traffic to Australia which is why this expansion has been in SIN's plan for a while now.
Great News - and I stongly echo the sentiment above in that we all too often get bad news from the industry. This good news is both refreshing and great. Anyway, I hope that this works out well. Maybe we can see the market mature enough to warrant more Indian carriers serving the route...
