British Airways CEO Willie Walsh has announced that the airline will convert one of its existing Heathrow hangars to accomodate the A380s it has on order rather than built a new one. Looking on Google Earth, the obvious choice seems to be the two 747 hangars TBJ & TBK near to where aircraft used to cross the road, as they only need a bit of extra height to take the A380s taller tail. Also, the taxiway is already wide enough for an A380 to use without clipping any parked 747 tails!
