  • Problems at Flyglobespan?

Saw this thread running on PPRUNE - "Flyglobespan on the brink"; I didn't want to use this title, particularly as the thread there suggested that while there were problems, the airline has obtained a new source of financing ... as, incidentally, did SkyEurope and one or two others, just before they went under.

I sincerely hope it doesn't turn out badly for the airline, particularly since it's not a good time for airline employees to get new jobs.

    Has anyone heard anything else?

i have not heard anything about it from my friend. He is crew and a manager for them and he seems to think that all is ok. Just meaning, that there is no gossip around the company that he has heard of that might suggest the end. I hope they dont go under. But they dont seem to be doing as much these days as they once did.
